As everyone knows, masn no longer on dish. I have extra innings subsciption. Since masn not available, why can't the blackout of games be removed? Yankees play Orioles next week, according to my guide, blacked out. I have paid extra innings fee, yet I will not be able to watch 19 games that i have paiid for? Some of u dish reps out there, what is the answer?

As Juan has pointed out, it is the MLB owners that dictate the blackouts. Dish has nothing to do with it. You might want to direct your displeasure at MLB baseball and their unfair blackout rules.

I live in the Cleveland and Pittsburgh markets which means those games are blacked out on MLB Extra Innings. Sports Channel Ohio has been off dish network for almost two years so I can’t get the Indians games. It’s crazy.

The idea is that if you want to watch your favorite team play, you will subscribe to a service that carries it in your location. They do not care how many services do not carry their pitiful little games, if one does, the rest are blacked out.

but dish removed masn. MLB had nothing to do with that.
Except it is the MLB blackout rules that force you to subscribe to a service that carries their games and you cannot supplement that viewing with MLBEI. Actually it is probably in the MLBEI contract that they are blacked out for all games in a teams home area.

We’re in the same boat the the Cardinals and Royals no FSN/Balleys Midwest/KC for 2 years. Both are local teams for us so MLB extra innings does us no good. I’m done with dish next February when our contract is up.
