Does Dish have any immediate plans to begin offering some games on the Extra Innings package in HD?

yes, they did it last season. Maybe between 0-2 games a week though...

I watched all but maybe 10 Red Sox games and there were NONE in HD. Even when they played the Yanks.

yeah because dish didn't carry the NESN or YES HD feeds, they only carried some of what FSN HD had

No Yanks or Sox in HD.... I do recall KC maybe and TB maybe, how wonderful.

yes you can get it by adding the dish latino bonus pack to AT programming for only $12.49

that's how they did it last year. Select games from FSN HD feeds, only avaialble to MLB EI subs, out of the feeds market

Yes, don't forget that HD games were only available for out of YOUR market games (ie. Here in NJ all of the Yankee games were ALWAYS blacked out, including the Yankee's opponent TV feed, and the HD games of the Mets were blacked out. if you wanted to see them you had to watch in Craptastic Mushyvision on your local RSN).
