MLB Playoffs in Hi Def?

Does anyone know if Dish plans on showing the American League Championship Series in Hi-Def on a special channel? I live in Boston and with the antennae attached to my Dish I get all of the locals except for Fox in Hi-Def from the over the air antennae. Has anyone in Boston had luck with any other antennas to get Fox in Hi-Def?

Dish has been mute since the Olympics in regard to any HD announcements. If they don't get off their collective ass by the end of my commitment in 5 months, I'm gone to D*.
