It appears that the MLS and Former Cleveland Force Owner Bart Wolstein have agreed in principle to expand to Cleveland. Cleveland will build a Soccer Specific" Stadium in downtown Cleveland or a surrounding suburb by "approximately" 2005.

This is according to AM850, WKNR in Cleveland.
