I called the customer retention number today and complained about the recent update to the d10-200s that screwed up going from the guide to a channel...( the picture never comes on) and they gave me the Starz package free for 3 months. I already got Showtime for 6 months and a $10 credit on my bill for 6 months a couple of weeks ago..
