I've read that this channel will be available as a spanish ppv adult service. Anyone can order, it but it will be promoted to Dish Latino customers.

For people with just a 148 dish. Since Hot Zone is there they need a ALOCK channel to go with it.

Why Hot Zone is there is another question.
