Hello All,
New to this forum and came to you since I was look for some straight information. Have a new Samsung 750 series HDTV. Probably more TV than I know what to do with and I am new to these video hook-ups. Here's the deal - had to wait a month before Time Warner could come out and give me my new cable box. I bought a HDMI cable when I bought the TV but when the cable guys hooked it up they used the RGB on a Motorola DCT3416i. Don't get me wrong the picture is great - but of course I am wondering if it would be even better if they had used the HDMI. The cable box does have an HDMI output and the TV is a 1080p capable. Any recommendations?

Thank you very much for any assistance.

I would go to your local office and exchange the box for HD box that has a HDMI output. If you request a tech to go out there they will charge you a fee for sending a tech out there. I honestly won't know if you see a quality difference -- but it's worth a try. Never hurts.
