Moving/adding receiver

I'm moving and wanting to add a receiver. Do I have to pay an upfront fee to get the new receiver plus a new 24-month renewal? I'm confused, since I thought moving was free for paying the home protection plan.

It's supposed to be but if you take advantage of the $50 upgrade credit at the time of the move, I believe the commitment is extended.

Apparently it's a $100 for the new receiver with a $50 credit plus a 2-year commitment renewal.
