"Moving" change?

I have had a recent HD install at my home, but now I'd like to "move" to an address that actually gets pro sports (current address is in Comcast-Philly territory, so no sports at all for me). However, on two occasions CS has told me that a service address change requires DishMover service and an Dish install at the new address. Note that I did not have an issue doing this when I had SD channels only. Anyone else run into this recently? Or do I just need to play a few more rounds of CSR Roulette?

Tell the CSR that you have already have all the proper hardware for your new location and all you need is the service address changed.
