i moved to orlando fl in order to get hd channels
Where shall i move in order to get abc cbs nbc and fox in hd or sd from a conus beam i am in Puerto Rico

I believe just about the only chance of getting HD locals on ConUS is if you are pointed at 129. You can go to EKB: Dish Network Channel Chart (Unofficial) to check out what's available. BTW, if you are pointed at 61.5 and not 129, good luck, I'm in the middle of Illinois and I can't even get HD locals except over-the-air.
