What channels are currently being sent in MPEG4 for those with the VIP receivers?

Are all local HD sent in MPEG4?

Is there a way to tell on the receiver if the content being received is MPEG2 or MPEG4?

This lineup is not enough for me to bother switching from my 811.

It should be noted, these channels are NOT in MPEG-4. They are just set to be viewable on MPEG4 receivers.

NY locals are also true MPEG2, just like the extra 5 voom's and ESPN2 and UniHD.
