My 2nd 811 is DEAD (1 Viewer)

This is getting so old! My downstairs 811 has been replaced 3 different times because it would just die... nothing would get it to power on. However sometime is would myteriously start working again before the replacement from Dish arrived. Now my upstairs 811 is having the same problem. I told the CSR that the next time this happens I am demanding my money back. And although the downstairs 811 hasn't died in a couple of weeks it still suffers from audio dropouts, guide problems, etc.

Before the 811 I was probably one of the biggest supporters that DISH has ever had, now I'm ready to start a class action suit against them. Someone needs to teach Charlie a lesson!
