My dish bill shows automatic upgrade

Took a look at my dish bill this morning online and on 2/1 My top 120 package was credited back, the HD and Voom packs were also credited back and DishHD Gold was added to my account. Now I would understand if the DishHD silver was added, but they upped my channel level also without my permission.

Also, it appears they reset my billing cycle as my bills usually go from the 15th to the 15th of each month, now they credit me back full prices on the 1st of HD, Voom top 120 and the charge full prices on new packages till the end of the month.

Anyone else seeing this on their bills?

This morning I upped to platinum. So the bill ought to look nice and messy by the time this billing cycle is all done.

Edit: Dang it I thought I posted this in the main dish forum.
Also, for those that might ask, I already have a 211 and was getting the new channels the night of the 31st, so it's not like they are charging me before I got a new receiver.

Mine looks similar. I may end up upgrading to Platinum too.

Edited cause I didn't read his first line. It looks like the upped you to the equivelent package, where as I was upped 1 tier.

AT180 with locals and the HBO value pack. I figure that HD Gold and AT180 with HD Pack and VOOM are equivalent. I had to struggle with the CSR to keep them from upgrading me to Platinum when I made the 211 order. Like I say, looking at the price differential now, about $10, I may still get the Platinum.

Yeah, the platinum seems to actually discount the HD somewhat and then since I have a dvr I am getting that credited back so for the money, the upgrade to platinum seemed worth it.

Latino includes Spanish channels but less English?

I bought my 211 outright in JAN, I didn't change anything on my account until Feb 2nd when I looked at my bill and say I was "upgraded" on Feb 1st from top 120/Hd/voom to DishHD gold. Not even a cross package upgrade, they actually stepped me up a tier.

I was gonna go to platinum anyways, but waited a day due to the call volumes and everytime I called on the 1st they said they were having problems.
