My distortion problem

I have a 42" Mitsubishi projection T.V. My T.V. connection choice is Dtv or componet. I have a 622 reicever. My problem is I Get this luminescent moving distortion. It happens on slow or still camera shots and on light back grounds.
I had this issue when I had a 811 but this problem went away when I got a 942 only to come back with my 622. Any help will be appreciated

Is it a bar, a spot, a stripe, wiggly line, what?

It is often wigly lines that gather on a light back ground. If there is alot of movement on the screen,you don't see it. It will be noticeable in and around clouds on a horizon. Some times in a line other times in a series or blotches that move and seem to twinkle. I had A TV repair guy say it is not the TV. My Dish retailer does not what it is and thought I should post up.
