722 lately has been crashing do to new software updates. Not much you can do but call Dish for a replacement. You may try unplugging it for a short while then let it re-download, it may help but then again may not.
My 722 has been crashing (frozen screen unresponsive) about once a week for a month. New units will not fix this nor will reboots. They have to fix the software. It's always 2 steps forward, one (or two) steps back with this company. I would go with D if I thought they were any better but I don't think they are. In addition, many of us in SW FL have lost our HD locals apparently due to low spot beam signals caused by beam or satellite re-orienting. Dish says nothing's wrong! Very frustrating!
