CW and MY network TV I know other markets have these added such as nashville

No.

The difference with Lexington is that these are digital subchannels. Nashville has standalone stations that must be carried as part of must-carry.

When WKYT and/or WTVQ's retrans deals come along, either station could ask for subchannel carriage as part of the deal.

highly unlikely. Where do you draw the line on subchannels?
I can understand CW or My if its a subchannel but as an example, here in Minneapolis our "subchannels" are a 24/7 replay of newscasts on ABC and a 24/7 weather channel on NBC. PBS has the better subchannels but I dont think they want 50 versions of PBS Create as part of the locals or 25 versions of 24/7 weather. That just plugs up the bandwidth
