Yes I called the Idiots at WMAQ and about 15 minutes later hd was on!! i was just wondering if anyone else had noticed, as my brother did and called me and bitched. Too bad johnson will probably win the cup.

And if anyone knows; what is this "switch" business and why do they have to flip anything; no automation? Whats the deal?

You might want to send an e-mail to larry.wert@nbc.com the general manager at WMAQ or ken.jackson@nbc.com (I think he's the engineering manager) and let him know. When I was in Chicago, WMAQ was one of the worst stations up there for forgetting to 'flip the switch' with WLS coming in a close second.
