these channels popped up in the spots of Big10HD overflow yesterday. Shaw Direct News tweeted this eariler today

"They are on free preview until Nov. 28. These channels are included in the HD Sports and HD Combo package at no extra cost. If you do not have these packages, you can subscribe to it for $4.99 a month. "

Not a huge NBA fan, but I love having more channels.
