Buckeye CableSystem and Blue Ridge Communications will carry NBA TV as part of a multiyear deal that also includes its HD feed.

Yeah, they also struck a deal with Time Warner. What I don't get is if these services are carrying INHD (which carries NBA) why do they need to deal with NBA-TV, this is leading to wonder whether NBA is planning on going HD 24/7?
