NBC East on Stream

While exploring the DirecTV.com/locals page, I came across generic "NBC East" channels, which appear to be for markets where Nexstar owns the local NBC affiliate. They are shown as being only on Stream.
I checked the Scranton and Elmira listings and saw such channels, but no such channel for Harrisburg, where Hearst owns the local affiliate. Could there be another contract issue?

It's likely a glitch leftover from the almost dispute Nexstar had with NBC back in January. They signed a multi-year affiliation agreement.
