NCAA Football 2008-09 Season

Do I dare say BYU's loss opens the door for TULSA?

Oh, and that BYU/Utah game- my choice as the biggest game of the year- goes out the window with lots of luster lost.

DAMN YOU, TCU!!

Now, the 22nd of November will be ANOTHER day of Ohio State/Michigan overkill.

BYU AND UTAH as your biggest game of the year?!

Now that BYU has lost (LT's alma mater, BTW),

are we going to have ANY BCS Busters?

Or, are we going to have another mediocre at-large?
Tulsa has the best shot right now. And LT went to TCU, not BYU. I've don't remember a big-time running back coming out of BYU. Quarterbacks, yeah big-time.

IMO, Texas is going to have a down year.

Other than Colt McCoy, they have no major gamebreakers on either side of the ball.

Also, their defense seems suspect.

and 2 superior wideouts, offensive and defensive lines. I was sceptical because of an apparent lack of a running back, but McCoy appears gifted enough to take the pressure of the running game and to give the backs room to roam. If Texas consistantly plays, as it did against Oklahoma, they will be in the big one.:D

Texas Tech and Texas A&M are playing a barn-burner as we speak.

They just started the fourth quarter and the Red Raiders are ahead, 30-23.

Shocker of the day, IMO, is in Iowa City.

(I knew A&M would play Tech close- I never had this being lopsided- and I'm not surprised Maryland's winning- I think they can win their division)

Iowa is beating Wisconsin 38-9!

I guess that collapse at Ann Arbor is still in their heads.

Who has had a bigger collapse since the first couple of weeks: Wisconsin or East Carolina?

Attention, Red Raider detractors:

Texas Tech CAN RUN THE BALL EFFECTIVELY!! They can kill the clock effectively.

They can run the ball better than Auburn has this year- hell truly has frozen over.
