So, when Dish said I wasn't eligible for their best offer (in a roundabout way), I submitted a comment to their customer service department on the survey asking why. Today I got a letter explaining it. They did not go into details, but it referenced the NCTUE database, so I looked it up. It is yet another consumer database where companies collect and share information about individuals. You can read more about it here:
