I recently installed a few 211's and a 722 and cannot get the Dish remote control to control my Pioneer Elite Plasmas (FD111, 141 and 151). The Dish installer tried both the preprogrammed codes (10 minutes of up/down arrow pressing), and the codes for Pioneer listed in the manual, but they do not work. Does anyone know the codes? Thank you!
