NEED HELP WITH WHICH BIRD IS LOCALS FOR CT?

Hi I'm retired and do not know which bird direct uses for locals in CT, I need to fine-tune a dish for an old buddy he got a new roof I got him going by finding 101 I use a power divider to my sat look, while his receiver was on 101, working by speaker phone, he says he used to get bad rain fade on the locals so I want to double check that bird is max peaked for him Thanks
