NESN HD, tonight getting Sports Ohio?

Weird programming this evening...

On channel 435 where NESN Red Sox HD is normally found (guide reads NESN HD too) I am getting the Cleveland Indians game -in HD. Channel 434 has NESN SD as usual. On channel 5434 where NESN HD (Game only with Dish of course) is normally found, the Indians are on vs the Blue Jays.

I'd like them to make more games available from time to time. That would be great. This must be kind of what it is like to get MLB EI. Out of market games in HD! It's pretty neat actually. I do hope they find their error prior to the start of the Red Sox / Angels but for now I get bonus MLB action.

I'm also getting the same! Nesn on dish is very strange. The other days watched Red Sox/Rays in HD and this was immediatley followed by Bruins/Ottawa but Dish shut off the HD feed! Really ticked me off. I just wish that Dish would be consistent w/Nesn HD. Paul

I've contacted Dish through instant message and they are working on it.

At least they are acknowledging there is a problem.

Meanwhile, Toronto 11-7 over the Tribe in the 8th and in HD! There may be more of us trying to watch the Sox than are sitting in the Cleveland stands at the moment. LOL

They simply are not techies or baseball fans for the most part, If they were they'd carry MLB Net but I digress. As long as the Sox are back on I'm good tonight.

been with dish along time.Have not had to call customer support in a long time.Called tonight about no nesn feed on hd. First rep said it was because the sd game started at 9 The hd game starts at 1010 .tried to explain that sportstime ohio was on nesn.As I was trying to make her understand the phone went dead.Called again and was told nesn wasnt brodcasting the game in hd.I told her nesn is hd 24 7.she said dish had no control over what nesn showed.asked why nesn would show sto on there feed.She had no answer.Thanking you for being a valued customer and saying please wait while we put you on hold are nice.but knowing something or how to find the answer would be better.

I was also told by the CSR that I talked to that the problem was coming from the signal NESN was sending to DISH rather than from DISH. I wonder if cable or Direct TV was getting the Jays-Indians game also or was it just DISH?

Just an FYI, NESNHD Plus HD is on channel 446 for thoses who missed it, hopefully it's on 446 and not jumping around from now till Bruins season ends.
