Netflix constant logouts on wired Joey

Hopper 3+wired joey and wireless joey. Netflix works flawlessly on the Hopper 3. However it is constantly logging out on the wired joey for some reason. I've reset the app but it doesn't help at all. I've had to move a Roku 3 to the room so that family members wouldn't be asking me to login all the time. Seems like it logs out daily. Any ideas?
 
It's an issue talked about on Dish's tech portal. I tell all my customers, use Dish equipment as your last choice to watch Netflix. It's just historically glitchy

Weird. Netflix on the Hopper 3 itself works just fine but its a mess on the Joey and wireless Joey. Looks like I have to buy more Rokus because the Roku 3 that I moved to the main family room has been a big hit.
