Netflix on CH370?

Whenever we access Netflix from channel 370 it takes forever to come up and will occasionally just blow us out completely. Have no problem using the Netflix app on Dish or on our Roku so this is definitely a channel 370 problem somewhere. Is this a known issue or isthere any fix for this or do we just use the app or our Roku? Thanks

I avoid using Netflix on Dish equipment if at all possible. It's slow, clunky, no DD 5.1. My daughter uses it because she doesn't care about any of that, but I'm picky about my audio and I like the ability to view the secret diagnostic screens, so I use my HTPC for Netflix.
 
You might try to reset Netflix on your Hopper. You can do this by going to Diagnostics (press Home 3 times) and then go to Tools, Reset To Factory Defaults, Reset Netflix To Defaults.
