I don't have 4K yet but do you need to have Netflix 4K plan for that to work?

yes you need the ultra 4kh hd netflix plan to view 4k on your ultra 4k hd tv set

netflix told me that the new hopper 3 is not capable of getting ultra 4k hd i talked to another csr and he told that dish and netflix is working on the problem and we should see it real soon
