I live in upstate ny very hilly with valleys. I got waviers for abc and fox but nbc and cbs turned me down. My question is I want HD reception i can get a signal with a vhf ant. with nbc & cbs but there is very little chance to pick up HD with a UHF ant. 40 miles away with mountains and hills. Locals from syracuse are supposed to come by the end of this year. If i buy those why can't I get HD networks from directv also or can I?
