networking desktop with hr22-100

can i networking my desktop with hr22-100 so i can access my desktop or laptop wirelessly. idealy i would like to surf the net,stream music, video and my photos to my tv. i have a netgear wireless-n router that i use with my laptop that has a netgear wn111 range max-n adapter. i dont mind buying any extra equipment. i just want to know if it is possible. today i set up my desktop and laptop so i could control one from the other.

It is possible. The Linksys WGA600N or WET610N wireless adapters can be set up from the DVR menu. Directv sells them for a pretty competitive price ($79). If you are interested in MRV in the future, wireless might not be adequate and hardwired ethernet or the new DECA system (not available in most areas yet) which uses the coaxial cables with SWM systems is recommended.
