NeuLion box Start Up Problem

Hello all. Let me start out by saying I am new to Sky Angel and this is my first post, so this may be a very simple fix. I got my box today and hooked it up via a wired connection to my Netgear router. It never loads and gives me an “Unable to Access Your Requested Page” error screen. I went to the support section of Sky Angel and did everything suggested, power cycled my router and the new box, changed the homepage from the iskyangel site to 208.78.8.12 (and back), hooked it up wireless, etc. to no avail. When I run the network test (either wired or wireless) everything comes back good except under bandwidth I get a failure message. I have AT&T 6 MB DSL and when I run a speed test everything is coming back at least 4.0 mbps. Everything else on my home network is working great, including my Roku box running a Netflix movie, so I know I have the bandwidth,I even turned everything else off and did a power cycle with only the Sky Angel box live on the network. I can’t think of anything I’m missing, so any suggestions would be appreciated!! I also found it interesting that on the new remote to the NeuLion system is KyLin TV. I guess these new boxes must be for multipurpose use.
