Go down to the Cable Television Forums. In there, you will find a sub-forum for the Insight Cable Forum. However, since this for general DVR questions, you might get a better response by posting to the general cable forum with the DVR model number.

It died down quite a bit after Insight sold their Illinois customers to Comcast.
