new account or re open

I had a Dish account and finished the contract. I am starting another one now...I am going by the month this time, my own equipment.
Should I re open the old one or start a new one..??? any discount stuff I should know about??
I am doing the 200 with recording...

Won't really matter since you own your equipment. Your old account may auto-populate if you use the same phone or address as before
