PBS and Netflix have rights to Great British Bake Off. They were showing the series out of order and renamed it Great British Baking Show. Which is why ABC and Bake Off owner Love Productions renamed Great Holiday Baking Show to Great American Baking Show. Trying to get viewers to associate them as the same.
I'm not sure if the first 3 series of British Bake Off have been shown in the US. PBS started with series 5 of British Bake Off and renamed it series 1 of British Baking Show and have continued with 6 and 7 being renamed series 2 and 3 in the US.
