New DISH Customer DishAnywhere Questions

I just got my HWS and 2 Joeys installed today. So far everything seems to be working except DishAnywhere. When I go to the web site it says that it can't access my DVR. Is this normal for the first day or so, or do I need to open some ports on my Firewall to allow this to work?

Give the installation a couple of days to complete and every thing will start working.

OK, it is now working in Firefox. I should have tried that earlier. I'm using Windows 8.1 and I tried in IE11 in the Modern UI. A lot of things aren't compatible with it, but forget to check if that was the problem this time.
