New Dish Customer with 612 DVR troubles .. help dish response team

I just got a replacement dvr 612 and I have already had them replace the first one due to frequent reboots. The new one has rebooted twice now on its own. I cant help to wonder whether I should ask for another dvr model? I have notice a lot of people having problems with this model. I also have seen people swapping to the "upgrade" 722 or something. As a new customer i thought I was getting the latest DVR?

The 612 is an HD Solo DVR and the 722 is an HD Duo DVR. If you can please PM me your account information, I will see what I can do. Thank you!

You do know the 612 does shut down once a day and updates itself, are you mistaking this for a reboot?
