Am I the only one wanting a SINGLE Tuner HD DVR? I have no need for a dual tuner in my gameroom or bedroom and don't have the cables for it anyway.

I would think a single tuner model would be in demand, guess not.

A 622/722 in single mode increases your recording options x 2.

The 612 is NOT a single tuner dvr . IT is a dual tuner with a SINGLE output. THis means not dual watching in two different rooms at the same time like the 622/722 dvrs. The 211 will have the capability to add an external hard drive and become a true single tuner dvr by this quarter some time.
