I'll respond tho' I can't answer your question! I see that your post had 36 hits with no other response. I'm guessing that means that 36 other folks like me don't know what a dsr410 is! Can you check your model number or give a better description?

I would post it in the free to air area. The DSR410 is a subscription satellite receiver
