I'm surprised not to see any other comments about this (possibly because it is still testing rather than available).
The new HD channels are testing on transponder 19 on 129, and unlike the much despised transponder 27, this new transponder is one of the strongest ones on 129.
Perhaps this is a backup transponder that they are just bringing into service ? In any event, it seems to be working very well.
