according to the list the internationals im getting are one 61.5. i guess they are moving them? i trying to get the one dish EA setup.......

Maybe they are planning to move the ones on 61.5 to 118.7 as well. I think the problem here is that they usually install a Plus antenna (500 or 1000) for 118.7. Those only work on the western arc (110, 118.7, 119, 129 for the 1000+ and the same except for 129 for the 500+). E* doesn't have a wing dish option for just 118.7. Thus based on the info you provided, you'll get a Dish 500+ giving you 110, 118.7, and 119 for internationals, basic programming, and some HD, and a wing dish for 61.5 for your locals and more HD programming.
