New Max Channels - that were added...question

Hi - I have both HBO & Max packages with directv. I know they added a few more channels last Wednesday, but didn't try any until yesterday. When I went to a few of them - the message on the screen was searching for satellite...? Thought it was strange..and my neighbor 4 houses away - had the same message - and he subscribes as well. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

Check your signal levels on all satellites, might need to be re-peaked...

They are on 99c and/or 103ca and 103cb, but it would be helpful to have the numbers from all of the satellites.

The new HD is on Directv 12 on the 103 orbit.
