For those 811 owners in Atlanta, PBS station WPBA-DT (ch. 21) is now on the air transmitting 1080i. All of last night's (10/25) programming was upconverted 480i, but it looked very good (it looked better than some of the megabuck commercial station's upconversions in Atlanta).

It has been on a couple of weeks now. They won't be able to carry the PBS National HD feed for a couple of weeks from now as they are waiting on their HD reception equipment (according to the Atlanta AHDTV group on Yahoo). It is nice to finally have a PBS station I can receive (never could get the analog stations in the "hole" we live in , in Cobb County)
