New to satellite's World and I am banned after one post because I am a hacker!

Hi Guy's: I'm planning to buy my 1st satellite equipment but i'm a newbie to this,so I would need some help advice or whatever info you could advice me. Here is my situation
1. I live in the east coast of Puerto Rico
2. Some guys down here have the Pansat system and others have the Coolstat
From this 2 FTA Receives which one would work better?
This is for Dish Network of coarse;any help I would glad.
