I am a new forum member, and don't have any satellite service or equipment currently. can someone please point me to a "new users" part on the forum, or really any information for very-very new beginners to the FTA realm? I am a mechanical engineer by education, and am very strong technically. I am looking for a new hobby, something besides computers, and this seems fun. I hate paying for cable( i dont currently, just a digital OTA antenna) and have never had satellite tv...
