New to this. Setup Star ultra, out of range

I have setup the Dish, Fortec Star 30", Fortec Universal Single LNB, Lifetime Ultra Rcvr, SG-2100, HH. However, when I select USALS in the Satelite positioner setup for my true south bird (SBS 6) and attempt to move the dish, I get "out of range". Attempts to bring in TS5 get the same results.

In the Advanced Scan mode the signal levle indicates about 57%, no quality level. Motor indicates green light (good to go).

I hope this is explaination enough I sure could use some help.

Make sure your Longitude is set for WEST

And the Latitude is set for North

Also make sure your satellite position is West.

No real need to do an advanced scan at this point......

Thanks! The Longitude was off, set to E! DUH! That got it to move. Now I just need to fine adjust it so I can get the quality up from 0.
