Haven’t seen any but tvanswers.org shows what channels in your area are moving.

WTAE - the Pittsburgh ABC affiliate moved frequencies for their main signal last week and ran lots of announcements advising OTA viewers to rescan. Based on the number of stations that need to move to another frequency, I expect we'll be rescanning several more times over the next two years.

Outside of the stations that are cozying up with other stations, the big switch will be at the end of their respective repack windows. It isn't easy figuring out where stations that sold their frequencies are going or when they might switch but unless you're missing something, I wouldn't bother.

While there may be some new channels popping up, I kinda doubt it given the combining of stations that needs to take place and those that are added may be given too little bandwidth to be watchable.
