new video card

Hey all just looking for some opinions. I got a really good deal on this card and I am wondering what you think.

It has video in and I was wondering if I would be able to watch my satellite on my comp with this card? I am just getting into this stuff on my PC and looking for some help. What software will I need if this is possible?

$50 plus shipping, I own a computer store and ISP and one of my distributers had it on special. He gave it to me at his cost because it was for me. What do you think?

Well, $50 for a video card which has DVI, 128MB DDR RAM, Directx9 support, Open GL support is very good. There isn't a bunch I could find on the VTD128 version. I'm guessing it is an overseas version. As long as driver support is available, it should be worth $50.
