I just had a new HWS install and 2 Wireless Joeys installed, but I am hoping to mount them on the wall behind the TV. Does anyone know of a way to wall mount these?

Unless there is a 3rd party mount out there, there isn't an "offical" mounting plate like on a regular joey, which is just a little plate that has 4 holes and 2 clips to clip the joey to it.
Technically the wireless joey isnt suppose to be mounted so i doubt you'll find a mount specifically for them. They are meant to be on their stand so they wont over heat and to prevent unwanted interference
