i'd personaly would make him pay for the damage he caused, i seriously hope you dident let him leave w/o geting his superiors numbers. and any related lisences and instrance numbers

For sure! If it was really a local retail guy (and not just a fulfillment operator), his people would NOT have acted that way - or he'd be out of business. OR maybe, he's in the process of going out of business. Most "retailers" go belly up in the first 2 years or so. Stick with the ones that have been around longer than that.
