Next Channel Additions?

I'm certain that with a price increase just around the corner, D* is about to unveil some HD Channel additions.

Any idea what channels will be added and when, exactly, we can expect to see them. Surely the price increase will be put to use and not just used to pad the income portion of the ledger sheet...
